Norfolk Friends of Foster Care (now Tidewater Friends of Foster Care) partnered with ABABA to create a series of PSA films addressing the growing need for foster families in the Norfolk area, where the number of foster children was on the rise. ABABA led the project from concept to production to post-production, delivering three impactful PSA documentaries. The campaign successfully challenged misconceptions about foster children and foster parenting, driving greater awareness and community support.
